Find software engineering jobs at companies that value real-world skills over algorithmic puzzles
@sarahc
Some people are bad at coding interviews. Doesn't mean they will be bad programmers. There is not a lot of overlap between job duties and leetcode.
@davidk
LeetCode-style interviews often favor those who can memorize patterns over those who can build real solutions. Time for a change!
@maria
I've never cleared a single leetcode interview question, but I can definitely write an OS kernel from scratch. Real-world skills matter more.
@jwilson
Built multiple successful SaaS products but still struggle with LeetCode. These interviews don't reflect real engineering ability.
@alexp
AI coding means that tech companies screening coders for leetcode skills are doomed. We should be screening for design & art skills instead.
@emmab
Now that AI can solve LeetCode better than most engineers, can we finally focus on what truly matters - building great products that solve real problems?
